Objective: investigate user behaviors and decision-making patterns when using the Analytics feature in Alraedah’s Servicing App.

Question: how do users behave and make decisions when viewing Analytics screen, and what factors influence their actions?

User characteristics

Who are the people I’m targeting in my study and what’s the different profiles to ensure diversity in findings?

Research method

How can I get answers to my research questions in the most suitable way?
