Introduction
Welcome to Alraedah Design, a resource made for creatives in the Middle East and beyond.
At the core of our product team is a predisposition to do better. To not only deliver on our mission, but to take on challenges and emerge as better creatives on the other side.
In our daily drive to make something great, we realized that the reward is not only in the end result, but in the journey and lessons learned along the way.
And so, we began documenting anything unique we learned each week in a central internal knowledge base made available to employees of the company.
Over time, we realized that this knowledge had the power to make a great difference in the wider design community. Why keep private the lessons that benefited us so much?
This formed the founding concept for the site – a knowledge bank for anyone. A catalyst for our curiosity, creativity and drive to make something great.
A resource for you
On this site, we’ve made available for the first time our extensive system of design tokens and components. Alongside these, we listed the best practices we discovered for each discipline to help anyone building a system of their own.
You can also find our Design Research Framework, written in-house by our very own research lead Nouf Alzoman. The framework is a digestible, chapter-by-chapter guide that any product person can use to kickstart their next great research study.
We’re proud to be launching this site on the evening of the first ever Riyadh Design Nights event – a new quarterly series we established to connect, celebrate and collaborate with Riyadh’s design community in person. Special thanks goes to our partners at Almashtal Creative Incubator for hosting us at their space.
This site is made for the creatives of MENA, but welcomes the world. We invite you to get involved, share your learnings and level-up together.
